Barrio Dill picked up his first guitar when he was 7 and taught himself the chords to The Beatles' "Let It Be". Rick was influenced by his parent's music collection which included early rock such as The Rolling Stones, Tom Jones, the Bee Gees, and southern rock from the likes of Bob Seger and Lynyrd Skynyrd.  He soon started imitating legends Eddie Van Halen and Steve Vai. Rick cites a myriad of influences on his musical style stating, "Prince, Bob Marley, and Motown created the air I breathe, the rest is just by-products." He primarily plays the bass guitar, but is a skilled producer, composer, arranger, and recording engineer.

The Los Angeles-based band will release their long awaited release via Blue Note Records titled, 1 Hopeful Rd., produced by the legendary Don Was (Blue Note Records president and three-time Grammy Award-winner). Currently supporting AC/DC on their sold-out Rock or Bust stadium tour, Vintage Trouble released 1 Hopeful Rd. on August 14.
