Christopher Bellamy is a professional touring musician, session musician, and music director from Virginia Beach, Virginia. He studied Music Education and Performance at Old Dominion University. His primary instruments include saxophone, guitar, banjo, and mandolin. He is currently touring with Grammy award winning artist, Zach Williams. Chris has also performed with The Virginia Symphony, Gladys Knight, Toni Tenille, Linda Ronstadt, Matthew West, John Mark McMillan, Tasha Layton, and Jeremy Rosado.
For 8 years Chris was the main session musician for Taghouse Artist Group based in Nashville, Tennessee, working with Grammy nominated & Dove Award winning producer / songwriter, Aaron Rice.
Chris has also been teaching for over 18 years, 10 of which he was on staff at the prestigious Norfolk Academy. When not on the road, Chris teaches at multiple music conferences per year. He has been a featured instructor at the Identity Conference, Sweetwater Connect Conference, and the National Worship Leader Conference.
Chris resides in Spring Hill, Tennessee with his wife Susan.
