Chris Harris was born in Memphis, Tennessee and was fortunate to have a variety of musical experiences from an early age. Playing at various Rock and Blues clubs in Memphis as well as studying Classical Guitar and Violin at a local performing arts school.  

After being awarded a scholarship to the Atlanta Institute of Music, Chris moved to Atlanta and started a career performing and touring with various artists.  

He has now performed and toured with artists such as Bobby Brown, TLC, Nathan East, Eric Marienthal, Glenn Jones, Najee, Maysa, James Lloyd, Chante Moore, Peabo Bryson, Regina Belle, and many more. 

Chris now resides in the Atlanta area and continues to be a touring band member with Glenn Jones and Jazz supergroup Pieces of a Dream.
