His associated acts include Toto, Cameo, Morris Day and the Time, Chuck Negron, Steppenwolf, Average White Band, Blood, Sweat & Tears, Tommy James & the Shondells, War, Maceo Parker, Portishead, Tower Of Power, Anita Baker, George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic, Nile Rogers w/ Chic, and Kool and the Gang — to name a few..

He's accompanied artists as a sideman for — Al Jarreau, Rick James, Richie Havens, Lee Oskar, Toots Theilemans, Percussionist extraordinaire ,”Master Henry Gibson”, most notably with Curtis Mayfield, The “Godfather of Soul”, James Brown, Lou Rawls, Ronnie Foster, BB King, Buddy Guy, Lee Ritenour, Steve Cropper, Robert Cray, and Willie Nelson and more. 

Currently with Rock & Roll Hall of Famers and Original Founding member of Sly & the Family Stone — saxophonist, Jerry Martini. Blaise has been serving as Musical Director and the bassist of The Family Stone since 2006.
