"I still remember my first tan leather Reunion Blues tenor bag from 1981. I think I stood a little taller when I slung it over my shoulder ;-) That bag is still going strong, along with the other RB bags in my studio. And now, I'm loving the new Continental bags - strong, light, and they look great. Thanks Reunion Blues."
Sean was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. This area of the country, famous for its rich musical and multi-cultural heritage, allowed Sean to develop his uniquely expressive vocal and saxophone sound. Shortly after relocating to Los Angeles in 1989, Sean received his masters degree from USC and began playing in local clubs and festivals. During his career, he's performed on saxophone, vocals and keyboards with artists Carlos Santana, Slash, Kenny Loggins, Jeffrey Osborne, The Neville Brothers, Charlie Wilson (Gap Band), Michael McDonald, Beth Hart, Arturo Sandoval, George Clinton, Carl Anderson, Tyrese, Michael Bolton, Michael Buble, and numerous others.
Sean also performed sax, keys and vocals as the associate music director under Michael Bearden in the Ese Vatos house band on the Lopez Tonight show with George Lopez on TBS.
Sean is currently the vocalist and instrumentalist for the Arsenio Hall show, and was previously the Music Director for the CW's "The Next". The Next band headed by Sean, included some of LA's finest: Alex Al - Bass, Sergio Gonzalez - Drums, Mick Taras - Guitar, Doug Petty - Keys, and Bill Churchville - Trumpet. This reality series is produced by Queen Latifah, featuring judges Joe Jonas, Gloria Estefan, John Rich, and Nelly as they move in with contestants for 72 hours for the ultimate mentoring experience. The competing singers are given a shot at making it big in the music business.
